No. You add one script (or app/plugin) to your existing site. ConvertIQ works on top of your theme and platform. It can support platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, custom sites, and others, without forcing a redesign.
Will ConvertIQ slow down my site?

No. ConvertIQ focuses on onsite conversion. When you capture emails or trigger events (like abandoned carts), we can send those to your existing email tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or others, so they handle the actual sending.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your site keeps its existing domain. ConvertIQ is hosted at getconvertiq.com, and you add a script from there to your own website.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your ConvertIQ subscription at any time. There is no long‑term lock‑in; you simply pay monthly while you use the platform.
